How long have you been in business?
We have been manufacturing and selling commercial restaurant equipment for 4 decades.
What is your primary product or service?
Our best selling product line includes, Wok Ranges, Commercial Noodle Cooker / Ranges, Heavy-Duty Steamers, and various kinds of refrigerators.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We wanted to provide our customer with authentic restaurant equipment that were hard to get in the early years. That is the reason we decided to manufacture and sell the equipment they could not get elsewhere.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We manage our own factory in Brooklyn, NY and are able to make our own and modify stainless steel equipment. We quality control and test our equipment before they ship out.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently hold 2 show rooms in Flushing, NY and Chinatown Manhattan. We have our own factory in Brooklyn, NY. We also have 3 warehouses all over 16,000 Sq. Ft. in New Jersey.
